Terms & Conditions

Roarockit Australia

Returns

All of our products are custom-made to order and are not eligible for return. This includes Veneer, Thin Air Press Kits, and Skateboard Kits.

In special cases, we may agree to accept a return for a refund. If approved, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable fees.

You must contact us to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA#) before sending any items back. Please email us at belinda@roarockit.com.au for instructions and your RMA#.

📌 Before placing your order, double-check your item details—especially veneer sizes and TAP bag dimensions.

Product Guarantee

Our kits are designed for hands-on builders and require some skill to assemble. Please follow all instructions carefully—once the building process begins, we can’t offer replacements.

We highly recommend watching our How-To Videos or tutorials before starting. Need help? Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Using Your Thin Air Press

If your TAP bag isn’t holding a vacuum, the issue is almost always with the sealed edge. Please check (and double-check) the seal before pressing.

Tip: Always do a dry run (no glue) to test your technique. This can prevent wasting valuable veneer.

Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Notify the shipping company right away

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Note any damage with the delivery driver if possible

While we’re not responsible for shipping damage, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Cold Weather Use

Thin Air Press bags are made from durable vinyl, but cold weather can cause the material to stiffen and become brittle.

Do not use your TAP bag in temperatures below room temperature. Cracking due to cold is not covered under warranty.

Defects & Veneer Info

If your TAP bag has a clear manufacturing defect, please email us with clear photos so we can assist you.

Note on Veneer:
Wood is a natural product—small knots, holes, and colour variation are normal and won’t affect performance. Veneer sheets that split can usually be repaired with glue and tape.
