At Roarockit Australia, we aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Please note: during peak times, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always notify you of any delays.
We use the most economical and efficient shipping method available, including Australia Post or trusted courier services.
Shipping is included in the price for all deliveries within Australia.
For certain remote or regional areas, we may not be able to deliver. If that happens, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via phone or text message, depending on the contact info in your customer profile.
Estimated delivery times will be calculated and visible in your tracking link.
