This 4,800-tonne structural steel project represents a significant investment in Australia’s recycling and manufacturing capability, showcasing the scale and complexity of Steel Builder’s expertise. Designed as a multi-level, high-bay facility, the development integrates advanced recycling processes with large-scale manufacturing and storage capacity—supporting Visy’s ongoing commitment to sustainable operations and circular economy practices. The structure combines height, volume, and strength to house critical industrial operations, ensuring long-term efficiency and durability. With multiple functional levels, the facility was engineered to optimise workflow, safety, and storage capacity while meeting stringent industry requirements.
