Steel Builder is proud to have delivered the Synnex Logistics Facility in partnership with Vaughans Construction for end client Synnex, located in Oakleigh South, VIC. Commencing in November 2023 and completed by August 2024, this 700-tonne structural steel project was designed and constructed to meet the growing needs of one of Australia’s leading logistics providers. The development features a high-bay warehouse structure, purpose-built to support large-scale distribution operations, alongside an integrated office and low-bay structure to provide functional, modern workspaces. This combination of industrial strength and corporate usability ensures that the facility is equipped to handle both operational efficiency and administrative demands. Delivered within program and to the highest quality standards, the Synnex Logistics Facility stands as another example of Steel Builder’s ability to manage and execute complex, multi-purpose developments across Australia’s industrial and logistics sectors.
