Steel Builder is proud to have partnered with DeLuca Corporation to deliver the Silica Project for end client Fife Capital, located in Carole Park, QLD. Commencing in January 2024 and completed by October 2024, this 750-tonne structural steel development comprised the design and delivery of two modern industrial warehouses within a key logistics precinct. A standout achievement of the project was its early completion, with both warehouses delivered ahead of program. This result reflects Steel Builder’s reputation for reliability and efficiency, ensuring that clients and stakeholders can meet their operational timelines with confidence.
