Commencing in May 2024 and completed in October 2024, this 440-tonne structural steel project was one of the first multi-storey developments of its kind in Australia, showcasing innovation and technical expertise in high-rise industrial construction. The project demonstrates Steel Builder’s capability to deliver complex, multi-level structures with precision and efficiency, meeting both design requirements and client expectations.
