Commencing in September 2024 and completed in February 2025, this 650-tonne structural steel project delivered a 26,000?m² state-of-the-art warehouse, designed to meet the growing logistics and storage needs of one of Australia’s leading property developers. The facility combines high-quality warehouse infrastructure with the precision and efficiency of modern industrial design, providing versatile and scalable operational space. Steel Builder’s role included full structural steel delivery—from engineering and fabrication to erection—ensuring the project was completed on program and to the highest quality standards.
