Position Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and delivering projects from

initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and

to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the General Managers (GMs), the PM plays a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, overseeing

subcontractors, and proactively managing risks. The PM ensures projects are executed

efficiently while upholding the company’s core values of collaboration, transparency,

proactiveness, and customer focus.


Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects

from start to finish. This includes developing execution strategies, managing scopes,

allocating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to

quality standards.

They oversee project budgets and schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any

risks of delays or cost overruns. Regular reviews and performance tracking are

conducted to ensure alignment with contractual and business objectives.

The PM is the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers,

maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication between all

stakeholders. They are also responsible for resolving escalations quickly and

professionally.

Risk and compliance management form a critical part of the role. The PM identifies

potential risks, maintains risk registers, and ensures adherence to contractual,

regulatory, and HSEQ obligations, escalating significant issues to senior management

when required.

Reporting is another key function, with the PM responsible for producing accurate and

timely updates for both clients and senior management. They ensure all project

documentation is maintained, and performance data is presented clearly and

consistently.

As a leader, the PM provides guidance and mentorship to Project Coordinators and

team members. They foster a collaborative culture that drives accountability,

continuous improvement, and client satisfaction across all projects.
